About the Author
Carpenter is the director of the center for research dissemination at The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. She is a registered dietitian with a master's degree in applied nutrition and additional coursework in exercise science. Carpenter has directed The Cooper Institute's nutrition research for 15 years.
Finley is a project manager in the center for data management at The Cooper Institute. Carrie has a master's degree in epidemiology and a bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences.

Nutrition book for class

I bought this book for a Nutrition class I took. It has lots of great information and definitely an easy thing to read. It comes with a couple charts and offers proper information based on how to live a healthier life. I have already recommended this book to friends that are interested in healthier lifestyles and would recommend to anyone that wants to gain knowledge on the subject.

Great Buy

This is a great resource for helping any individual improve their dietary intake. It is evidence based, so there is a greater chance that it change past behavior, unlike fad diets. It is applicable for all adults, easy and enjoyable to read, and provides a foundation of knowledge and assessments needed to understand the next steps needed to take to become healthier.

Fabulous informative book

This is a well written very informative book. I have really been enjoying it. I suggest this book for wellness Coaches to help their clients with or for anyone who is trying to change their attitude and behavior towards food.
